Computer problems can be very frustrating for people and businesses.   Your computer is a tool and when it isn’t working you aren’t getting things done.  That’s where E-Bob’s computer and network support can help.  My first computer as a child was a Radio Shack TRS-80.  My brother and I would spend hours programming and debugging word games (there were no graphics).  This is how I cut my teeth on computers and I have been using and repairing them ever since.  I do not have a degree in computers but they have been an integral part of my career for over 30 years and this has given me the experience to tackle most computer problems.

A lot of people are not comfortable with computers but know they can be useful in everyday life.  Just the other day I helped a lady with a Windows 8.1 desktop.  She was having problems with it booting up correctly.  I found the issue and fixed it then spent the rest of the time helping her make her computing experience more enjoyable.  I can work on old computers or new.  I think the most important aspect of a computer repair job, besides repairing the computer, is working with the customer to make sure they understand what I am doing to fix their computer a then teaching them more about their computer so they can have fewer problems in the future.
